My dad was a true old fashioned guy.  He worked to support his family and treated his wife like a Queen.  He would always tell me things were written up and taken care of and told me exactly where he kept the paperwork, should I ever need to get to it. No one expects their parent to pass. I thought he would live longer than he did.  But God always has a plan bigger than mine.

When Mom called me to tell me my 'Pappy' passed away of a sudden heart attack, I was heartbroken. I drove from my home in Utah to Arizona to make arrangements only to find the paperwork was nowhere to be found.

 I believe in God and trust Him to show me the way. And it was truly a Godsend to be given Brendon Rogers information during this time.  Upon my contacting him he made arrangements to drive over an hour to visit my family and take care of matters for us.

 It has been almost two years since my Pappy's passing and Brendon still take's care of all of my family's needs with one phone call. Word's alone cannot express my gratitude to and for Mr. Brendon Rogers.  He is considerate, trustworthy, a man of his word, and put's my family’s interest above his own personal gain. I now consider him a part of my family.

Sometimes life just overwhelms you and leaves you in a financial mess.  For responsible people, this is a very scary and humiliating time. My husband and I have been so blessed to have Brendan Rogers for our lawyer during that most difficult time.  He was very understanding and so supportive of us as he saw us through a resolution. We were new to the area and needed to find a reputable attorney to prepare our Last Wills.  After meeting and talking with Brendon we agreed a Trust would better suit our needs.  If we had visited another attorney who simply prepared a Last Will for us, there would have been innumerable problems for the surviving spouse; which would have been contrary to the reason we sought professional help in the first place.

Brendon is a highly ethical person who doesn’t just prepare documents; he listens to what you need, educates you on what’s available, and discusses what your choices are.  He doesn’t just “push” something on his clients. He is patient, caring and honest; not typically the characteristics you expect from the legal profession.

At the time of our Mothers passing, My sister and I were faced with an abundance of tasks that were immediately added to our already busy lives. The good thing was that our parents had a Living Trust & Will in already place; although its language was “Greek” to me.  However I knew that everything was in place I just didn't know how to go about handling it.

While I was at the Mortuary making arrangements, I happened upon a brochure about Family Trusts & Wills placed there by Attorney Brendon Rogers. I called his office upon completion of our business at the mortuary.

From the first moment that I spoke with Brendon Rogers, I knew he was the one to help us. His immediate knowledge and understanding of our parents trust even though he had not been the one that prepared it was second to none.  He understood the Trust as well as the laws pertaining to the trust and issues like Probate, Property, Taxes etc.  He was also able to steer us in the right direction regarding a quality investment company and accounting firm.

Well, in as much as everything was in place in the trust; there was still one major problem: During her lifetime, our mother had sold the residence that was originally in the Trust and purchased a new lot & home for herself and neglected to put it into the Trust. Hence we were forced into PROBATE.  My first thought was “oh great this is going to take years.”

Never once, did Brendon flinch. He quickly presented us with the solution and the Probate began. In nothing short of a year everything was completed. He handled everything! I never even saw the court house!

Having this kind of knowledge and experience is invaluable!

Oh, one thing I forgot to mention. As all of this was going on with our parents Estate, I realized the importance of having a properly worded and set-up Trust & Will.

It was a no brainer. Brendon put together a full complete and comprehensive Trust & Will for my wife & I. His attention to detail, the law, and the personal touch that he brings to the table is Outstanding!

In closing I would like to tell the readers a couple of other points. My sister lives in Las Vegas, NV, & I live in Peoria, AZ. We thought this would really slow things down. To our amazement he was able to handle most everything electronically, overnight and USPS. Brendon even came to our house to complete and finalize our Will & Trust. I have never been more pleased with the services that he provided... And I even told him to his face "I don't even like Lawyers".

I met Brendon through the Riggs/Ellsworth Law Firm in 2009. He worked with my handicapped son and I to draw up guardianship papers. I was so impressed by his skills and genuineness, that I later had him create a trust and will for me as well. Since moving from California to Arizona in 2005, we realized we needed to update our Family Living Trust.  After our initial meeting with Mr. Rogers in February of 2013, it was apparent to us that he was a man of extreme honesty and integrity.  We then agreed to have Mr. Rogers complete the update and redo our Living Trust, dated October 3, 2013.
